A grand Dead Lantern

Director Mat Kister from Dead Lantern Productions sent us a little update on their film, THE GRAND HORROR, which is currently in the midst of post production.

For those who don’t know, THE GRAND HORROR is (what else?) an indie horror film shot on location at the historic Grand Theatre in downtown Grand Island, Nebraska with University of Nebraska-Lincoln students. The story follows six people trapped in an old theatre, who fight for their lives against some ghosts who don’t take too kindly to people crashing their home (when will people learn?).

In the update, Mat let us know about some teaser clips at Dead Lantern’s MySpace, er, space. As well, there’s a wealth of screenies from the film over at the Spotted galleries, including a small teaser poster (the tagline ‘You will piss your pants with fear’ is priceless!). From the looks of things, the film has no shortage of plasma, which is always a good thing. Check out said gallery here, and then head to Dead Lantern’s MySpace page here, which leads to the film’s own MySpace page, which has more goodies. Those in the Grand Island area can expect THE GRAND HORROR sometime in the spring.
