Following the recent festival success of A HORRIBLE WAY TO DIE, writer Simon Barrett (RED SANDS) and director Adam Wingard (POP SKULL) are re-teaming for a slasher called YOU’RE NEXT.
The film will follow a grad student – when meeting her boyfriend’s family for the first time – who must rely on her past as the daughter of survivalists to save the day when a gang of masked murders attacks to kill them all.

Keith Calder and Jessica Wu are producing. Filming is scheduled to begin on March 17th in Missouri. Details are scarce otherwise, but we should have some casting news in the near future.
