A Million Ways to Die in the West takes things to an 8-bit playable form

During the late-night hours when I'm binge-watching Adult Swim, I'll pick up on a few of the ridiculous games that they have on their website because they're appropriately ludicrous (Robert Unicorn Attack is quite catchy).  When I heard that they also created a game based on the upcoming Seth McFarlane flick, A MILLION WAYS TO DIE IN THE WEST, I felt that this was something I had to experience.  For those of you into gaming, this one is very reminiscent of a certain trail in Oregon.  Expect more uses of the word "ass" and some sound clips from the movie, and you have a pretty good idea of what's to come.  There's also several mini-games where you have to move sheep across a river (a la Frogger) or save them from a tornado that inexplicably launches barrels your way (a la Donkey Kong).  My favorite part?  Naming the partners on your trek.  Pipo didn't make it, but Ed Norton is recovering from his broken leg quite nicely.

For those looking for some time to kill, you can check out the 8-bit glory here.

A MILLION WAYS TO DIE IN THE WEST will bring the death (and hopefully some laughs) on May 30, 2014.
