Fresh off the news that Adam Green’s HATCHET 2 was pulled from Canadian theaters comes another sorrowful update for the film…

You see according to Adam Green’s Twitter, which is as solid a confirmation as you’re going to get, it’s been announced that HATCHET 2 will be pulled from US theaters as well. Major bummer! This news comes off a disappointing opening weekend that scored the flick about $62k, though it only opened in 68 theaters. Come on… cut the thing a break man! Scope out Green’s ‘tweet:’
