Just a friendly reminder for all you filmmakers out there, the deadline to enter your genre film into the Toronto After Dark Film Festival is … TODAY!
Yeah, it’s short notice, but if you have yourself a badass feature film of the horror, sci-fi, action, or cult variety you can submit it to the festival before the end of the day! I’ll just give you the details straight from the email:
This is the very last chance for you to submit your short or feature film to the 2008 Toronto After Dark Film Festival. And if you’re looking to gain added exposure for your genre film it could be well worth your while to take the few minutes to enter.
While this is only the third annual edition of our festival, Toronto After Dark has already established itself as one of North America’s leading genre cinema showcases. Over 6,500 cinemaniacs came out for last year’s week-long event and the festival and its films receive extensive media coverage. This year’s Toronto After Dark expands to 8 nights of cinematic mayhem, Oct. 17-24, 2008.
If you want to enter, you’ll have to hurry. To be considered, your film details must be entered online by end of day, this Friday June 20. Full details including fast online submission, at the official Toronto After Dark Film festival website here.
