In 2013, construction began on a theme park that was at the time being referred to as 20th Century Fox World, since it was going to be "the only functioning 20th Century Fox theme park in the world". Nobody foresaw that Fox would end up being acquired by Disney long before construction was finished, but that park is still aiming to open in the second quarter of 2021, now with the name Genting Skyworlds. It may not be named after Fox anymore, but AVP Galaxy has discovered that attractions there are still drawing inspiration from at least one Fox (now Disney) property: Alien!

Videos embedded below show off storyboards and production footage for attractions inspired by Alien and Alien vs. Predator. AVP Galaxy isn't sure if Predator will still be in the mix when the attraction is completed. The site's RidgeTop believes

there will be a few attractions in an Alien themed area with the showcase ride being an indoor/outdoor coaster-darkride hybrid, similar to ‘Revenge of the Mummy’ at Universal Studios parks.

A theme park having an Alien area sounds cool to me. If it sounds like a place you'd like to go to, keep watching for the announcement that Genting Skyworlds is going to be opening in Pahang, Malaysia… and if you're nowhere near Malaysia, start saving up for the trip.
