Yesterday, Ryan Reynolds released the poster for MISSISSIPPI GRIND via his Facebook account that showed us exactly what to expect from this film. That is, Reynolds and Ben Mendelsohn teaming up to take gambling on the road. Our review from Sundance painted a pretty picture of what to expect and now A24 Films has released the first trailer filled with chemistry, charm, and some serious poker faces!

After reading up on this flick from Sundance and seeing yesterday's poster, this is EXACTLY the kind of trailer I was hoping for. Much like Mendelsohn himself, everything feels natural and it looks like the two leads have great chemistry and are having a lot of fun! I don't know about you, but A24 Films has been killing it lately with movies like SLOW WEST and EX MACHINA, among others. They're bringing to life some great character films. Keep it up!

MISSISSIPPI GRIND will hit theaters on September 25, 2015.
