Iconic Spanish director Pedro Almodovar isn’t letting Peter Jackson, Rob Cohen and Bryan Singer have all the blogging fun. He’s getting with the program and will be blogging his way through his upcoming film BROKEN HUGS. The blog, on top of having undoubtedly insightful, funny and all around brilliant commentary, will apparently include “pictures, videos and other snippets from the film”. What’s more, it’ll be available in English, Spanish and French and will launch over at PedroAlmodovar.es by Friday. The film, which stars Penelope Cruz, Blanca Portillo, Lluis Homar and Jose Luis Gomez, is a film noir-ish drama/thriller centering on a plastic surgeon out for revenge on the man who raped his daughter. Shooting is expected to begin in May.
