Arnold Schwarzenegger and his equines share a video from isolation

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

California Governor Gavin Newsom has advised all of his state's residents who are over the age of 65 to self-isolate in their homes to help them avoid coming in contact with the Coronavirus. Among those residents is a former Governor who also happens to one of our greatest action hero icons, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

At 72, Schwarzenegger has followed Newsom's advice and is staying at home, and in the midst of his self-isolation he took a couple minutes to share a video with his social media followers. It's a cute video that shows the man who has brought to life such characters as the Terminator, Conan the Barbarian, and John Matrix just hanging out in his kitchen, feeding carrots to his pets. He just happens to have an unexpected choice of housepets; a pony named Whiskey and a donkey named Loulou.

Take a minute and 40 seconds to check this out:

It's nice to see that Schwarzenegger and his pals are doing well while under lockdown.
