“I’m liking what I’m hearing so far. Adam Green coming back to direct can only be a good thing. Danielle Harris announced as the new Marybeth is a plus in and of itself but then we also get Tony Todd, John Carl Buechler, and KANE returning. Nice. I’m also glad to hear that KANE’s effects are going to be fine tuned. His suit looked too fake in the original. “
“Again, I’m wary of those folks at Dimension/Weinstein Co. They have a habit for screwing up good movies with shoddy release dates (Grindhouse, Zack & Miri Make a Porno).”
“Living in Syria, that’s in the Middle East, there are a lot of movies that I only get to read about on the internet in forums like these but never get to see because they’re just not available in my country. Buying these films online is also not an option for me because of strict local money exchange regulations. Anyhow, this means that I have to really go out of my way to get to see some of the horror films people give praise to or even those I develop some interest in for some reason. After all the trouble and money I spend I often find myself really disappointed in some of these films. I think you can imagine the frustration I feel! Especially that getting to see these films is not as easy as renting them or having them delivered to my home from an internet retailer. Some recent examples: The Howling 3/10 This one is just plain silly. I just saw it yesterday and I was bored to tears. “
