If you’re between the ages of 18 and 25, you’re athletic or slim, and you wouldn’t mind hanging out in the sun for two week in June, then have I got the gig for you: an extra in Alexandre Aja’s PIRANHA 3D!
That’s right folks, PIRANHA 3D is filming this summer in Arizona, and in order to pull off the large scale and scope of the Lake Havasu Spring Break scenes, he’ll need a cast of thousands (that’s right, THOUSANDS) to help him out. That’s where you could come in.
They’re casting extras to play Spring Breakers having a good time at the beach. They’ll want good looking peeps and not fat slobs, but if you got the time (about 2 weeks or so) to just ‘hang out’ in your bikini or swimshorts while “acting” like Spring Breakers having fun or running from killer piranhas, then why the hell not???
I’d be there in a heartbeat except a) I’m over 25 (damnit), and b) I don’t live in Arizona (double damnit). Two strikes against me, and unlucky for me, those are pretty big ones. Not to mention this mini-beer belly of mine, or that fact that I’m kinda goofy looking. Small technicalities!
