We are a few weeks away from the fourth season premiere of the FX series American Horror Story: Freak Show and we have a bunch of new images to share. If you haven’t seen the show before, that’s fine, this is a new setting, story, and cast of characters. Ryan Murphy’s series this time around focuses on the carnies of a traveling freak show in 1952 Florida. I suspect there will be a lot of flinching and cringing this season.
In the new images we get to see Kathy Bates as the Bearded Lady; and you thought Annie Wilkes in MISERY was a turn off, yowza! We also see Michael Chiklis as the Strong Man, and a few more cast members in all their freaky glory. There is also a cool new poster that doesn’t keep it subtle, it’s just gross.
American Horror Story: Freak Show also stars Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, Emma Roberts, Denis O’Hare, Frances Conroy, Patti LaBelle, Finn Wittrock, Naomi Grossman, and John Carroll Lynch. It will premiere on FX on October 8th 2014.
