To be honest… I don’t even think this belongs here at AITH. But it does involve a monster and how in the world could I pass up the opportunity to throw up some pictures of Vanessa Hudgens? You see my reasoning then.
I’ve got no idea what Hudgens is doing with her career and to be honest… I really don’t care. But she’s hot and that’s enough for me. One of the many projects the teen starlet has lined up is CBS Films’ BEASTLY, which we told you about here. BEASTLY follows the old BEAUTY AND THE BEAST story and comes from the young adult novel by Alex Flinn. Here’s the synopsis:
Set in Manhattan, the movie tells the story of a handsome rich kid with a mean streak. When he ditches a date, a curse is placed upon him, turning him into everything he hates. The grotesque transformation leaves him with the seemingly impossible task of finding true love to break the ugly spell.
I’m sensing something horrible with this one… but Hudgens is still hot. I really hope we’re talking extremely grotesque. The news today comes from BoxOfficeMojo and has BEASTLY scoring the release date July 30, 2010. Whoa… a mid-Summer release for this potential tween orgasm? Kind of aiming high there aren’t they? The UK’s Alex Pettyfer is set to co-star with Hudgens (pictured) in BEASTLY, which is set to start filming this Summer.
