Remember last month when we reported that Sturla Gunarsson’s BEOWULF & GRENDEL had a U.S. distribution deal, then it didn’t?
Well over the weekend, we received an e-mail from the bigwigs handling the promotion of the film (who got the info from B&G screenwriter Andrew Berzins) stating that they finally found a distributor in Union Station Media.
While the film was scheduled to make its U.S. debut at the Seattle Film Festival on May 25th, it looks as though it will be dropped from the lineup in favor of a June 16th release in Seattle, followed by debuts in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Boston in the following weeks. Congrats, dudes!
