Welcome, loyal JoBlo readers! This is Best Movie and TV Trailers of the Week, where we take the very best previews we saw over the long week and compile them all in one spot for you, just in case you were out and about navigating this mad, mad, mad world that is life. We’re nice like that.
This week was a pretty good week for trailers with AQUAMAN leading the pack as they dropped the extended trailer that was shown back in July at Comic Con and if this one doesn't sell you a ticket, nothing will. We also got our first full look at Adam McKay's VICE, which has a transformative thing going on for Christian Bale as Dick Cheney. I can't decide if it's satire or not, but I'm intrigued. We also got our first look at Clint Eastwood's THE MULE, which has been pushed up to an earlier release and it's damn nice to see the man not only behind the camera again, but in front of it.
As for TV trailers, we got our first full trailer for Netflix/Marvel's Daredevil Season 3, which teases the return of Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin and a certain villain that never misses his mark. Having seen the first half of the season, I can say this is worth the hype. We also got a tease for the second season of The Runaways and a delciously good full trailer for Netflix's Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, amongst many, many more.
