The first season of BIG MOUTH used the delightful art of animation to bring to life the grotesque, awkward, embarrassing and messy world of teenage adolescence in hilarious fashion. Season two will be taking things up a notch as the young gang starts to go through even bigger changes, delving into increased sexual frustration, emotional chaos and blooming body hair. It’s going to get really, really gross, but hey, it’s animation, so it’s okay.
The new trailer really leaves little to the imagination. Everything from bodies to feelings is exposed for the world to see, and it all looks hysterical. Cast members John Mulaney, Nick Kroll (also co-creator), Maya Rudolph, Jason Mantzoukas, Jordan Peele, Fred Armisen, Jenny Slate and Jessi Klein are back, with newcomers Gina Rodriguez and David Thewlis joining this season.
BIG MOUTH season two arrives October 5.
