Looking like “THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT goes to Mississippi,” BENEATH THE MISSISSIPPI tells the story of a documentary filmmaker and her crew who fight the elements and try to cope with their fears as they seek to understand the strange mystery of a flooded island where hundreds have died. The teaser ain’t too bad at all and hints at a solid creepfest. Check it out below.
This film will hit the American Film Market this November in Santa Monica, so hopefully we’ll get to give it a look shortly thereafter…
