It’s been quite some time since I heard some news on this gore-filled ghosly slasher BLOOD NIGHT, so I was pleased to finally find some fresh info today on the flick. It looks like BLOOD has a brand new, enhanced webite that is now fully up and running. I just clicked over to it, and I’ve gotta say, it sure looks impressive. I’m talking tons of photos, downloads, videos, even a game! The graphics really are cool, plus you get to surf the menu with a neat-o ouija board effect. Check out all the fun by clicking here.
But hold on! There’s even more BLOOD NIGHT news. Apparently, Fango scored two brand new images from the flick (up top and below). All I can say is that both pics certainly stick to the overtly gory theme that BLOOD is looking to uphold. How nasty is that anorexic topless chick below (who I believe is the flick’s slasher/ghost)?
The horror-hound-friendly plot goes like this: A group of teenagers celebrating the anniversary of the death of a local axe murderer suddenly find themselves face to face with the realities of this haunting local legend.
The flick was directed by Frank Sabatella who worked on the script with Elke Blasi. The cast consists of the great Danielle Harris, Samantha Facchi, Ricardo Cordero, Nate Dushku, Bill Moseley, Samantha Jacobs, and Anthony Marks. There’s still no word on an exact release date. Hopefully soon.
