We’ve been telling you about BLOOD: THE LAST VAMPIRE for a while now and still no release date here in the US. For shame. We do have a look at the newest poster though!

The guys over at ShockTillYouDrop recently had the shot above sent to them by a random fan long with the still below… so there you go! I’m actually digging the poster too! That chick looks ready to beat some baddies! Plus swords are cool.

BLOOD is about a vampire named Saya, who is part of covert government agency that hunts and destroys demons in a post-WWII Japan, is inserted in a military school to discover which one of her classmates is a demon is disguise. Gianna Jun (below) will be playing the role of Saya.

Kenji Kamiyama and Ronny Yu penned the script with Chris Nahon directing. Ronny Yu? Score! All we’ve got this far, according to IMDB, is that BLOOD: THE LAST VAMPIRE is looking at a US release sometime in March. As always, keep it here for any updates on BLOOD: THE LAST VAMPIRE as we hear them!
