NBC has released a new two and a half minute trailer for their upcoming series “Hannibal”, based on the literary world created by author Thomas Harris, and it shows that the network isn’t shying away from the red stuff. Nice! It’s strange to see but it seems that NBC isn’t scared to push the envelope in terms of violence on network television.
“The series focuses on the fledgling relationship between FBI agent Will Graham (Hugh Dancy) and Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen), his mentor.” Other key cast members include Laurence Fishburne (The Matrix), Lance Henriksen (Near Dark, everything else), Gillian Anderson (“X-Files”), Gina Torres (“Firefly”), “Wonderfalls”’ Caroline Dhavernas and Ellen Muth (Dead Like Me).
