It’s exciting to see Daniel Craig back on set as James Bond for Sam Mendes’ SKYFALL. Speaking of Mendes, I’m can’t wait to see what he does with the franchise. Typically, he’s the go to drama guy, but has dabbled in action scenes in movies like JARHEAD and ROAD TO PERDITION. He gets wonderful shots and creates a great atmosphere with his films so this shouldn’t be any different.
New set photos from the film have emerged with Craig toting a gun and moving swiftly to…I have no idea. I’m a little puzzled why it looks like he’s aged 15 years since he’s in his early 40s. Make-up? Bad lighting?
The film also stars Javier Bardem, Dame Judi Dench, Naomie Harris, Berenice Marlohe, Ralph Fiennes, Albert Finney, Ben Whishaw, Helen McCrory, and Ola Rapace. In this installment, “Bond’s loyalty to M is tested as her past comes back to haunt her. As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost.”
