As we reported
here, writer/director
DARREN BOUSMAN has been confirmed to return to Jigsaw Land
with the upcoming SAW IV…even though
he went on record many o times after
Part III stating that he was done with the
franchise. Well, Big Bull-Dog Bousman just addressed the “why” behind
his unexpected decision on his
MySpace Page and here’s an excerpt:
“At first I turned it down just on principle…
I have been WAY to lucky with the past films to warrant or RISK me coming
back… And then I read the script… I read the draft of SAW IV… My first
reaction….F*CKING DAMNIT!!!! This script was good… no… not good…
GREAT… I was totally prepared for this script to JUMP THE SHARK – – I mean
– we are on our THIRD sequel – where in f*cks sake to you go from here? In
the case of this script… UP!”
Read all that Darren had to say on the matter
HERE! SAW IV is slated to slay the screens
this coming October. Till then, lets order some drinks to celebrate
Bousman’s involvement! Oh bartender…
