Just the other day The Arrow showed you all the badass T4 advertisement that has recently been released. Now today we’ve got none other than Josh Brolin talking a bit about T4.

Brolin recently talked to MTV and debunked the rumors that he was set to star as the infamous Terminator in the new film. Here’s a bit of what he had to say: “Yeah. I talked to Christian [Bale] for a couple hours. I really liked the script though I hear that’s not what they filmed. The one I read was very interesting and dark. Ultimately though I didn’t think it felt right.”

It sounds like he loved the script but he just didn’t think the movie would be a right fit for him. Alright… I’ll take it I guess, but the thought of Brolin playing a badass killing machine had me all giddy. Oh you know what I mean.

So it seems our villains are Roland Kickinger as the killer robot and Helena Bonham Carter as the ruthless Serena. Here’s the basic premise for SALVATION: After Skynet has destroyed much of humanity in a nuclear holocaust, a group of survivors led by John Connor struggles to keep the machines from finishing the job. Christian Bale and Anton Yelchin lead the battle against Skynet with the rest of the cast including Sam Worthington, Bryce Dallas Howard, Moon Bloodgood (below), and Common.

Is it just me or does it seem like the more we see from TERMINATOR SALVATION, the better this movie looks? We’ve come a long way since the dreaded PG-13 rumor. We’ve still got a ways to go with SALVATION looking at a May 22, 2009 release date, so make sure you keep it here for any more T4 updates.
