Brian Tyree Henry's (Atlanta, Child's Play) ticket has just been ripped for Sony's action -thriller BULLET TRAIN. Henry joins previously announced stars Brad Pitt, Joey King, Aaron Taylor Johnson, and Andrew Koji for the David Leitch-directed film, which is set to be written by Zak Olkewicz with Leitch supervising.

BULLET TRAIN is expected to follow several "assassins who find themselves on a fast-moving bullet train from Tokyo to Morioka with only a few stops in between. Strangely, they discover their missions are not unrelated to each other." Plot details are being kept under wraps, and Henry's role for the upcoming thriller has yet to be revealed. The film is based on the Japanese novel "Maria Beetle" by best-selling author Kotaro Isaka.

Henry's star continues to rise after appearing in films like If Beale Street Could Talk, Child's Play, Joker, and of course, the actor's unforgettable performance as Alfred 'Paper Boi' Miles for FX's Atlanta television series. When it comes to upcoming film projects, Henry will star as Dennis for director Ben Falcone's SUPERINTELLIGENCE, in an undisclosed role for Adam Wingard's GODZILLA VS. KONG, as Little in Joe Wright's THE WOMAN IN THE WINDOW, and as Phastos for Marvel's THE ETERNALS. If that's not a full and impressive dance card I don't know what is.

We'll be sure to bring you more news about BULLET TRAIN as the project continues to develop.
