As Mr. Pacheco promised late last night, the official trailer for the found-footage alien flick APOLLO 18 has crashed onto the net. Gripping, realistic, completely antithetical to the artifice of TRANSFORMERS: DARK SIDE OF THE MOON…Gonzalo Lopez-Gallego’s fourth feature film looks like quite a winner. Cop a dose below and let us know what you think…

In theaters as soon as March 4th, APOLLO 18 is purported to be footage from a secret and covert mission to the moon which ends up in revealing evidence of new lifeforms. According to sources, the majority of the story takes place in the rocket in between the Earth and the Moon.

By design, not much else is known about this mysterious film. Strangely, with only two weeks from release, IMDB claims Lopez-Gallego is still filming. I doubt that’s the case, but with the little amount known, I really can’t tell what to believe.

Brian Miller and Cory Goodman (PRIEST) penned the screenplay.

Maggie Q (above) will star in the Goodman scripted PRIEST!
