Check out the poster for Ana Lily Amirpour’s The Bad Batch

Last Updated on July 31, 2021

It was only week or so ago that we showed you the first trailer for A GIRL WALKS HOME AT NIGHT director Ana Lily Amirpour's upcoming cannibal apocalypse flick THE BAD BATCH.

The trailer peaked my interest and then we shared our own Eric Walkuski's review of the film, which you can check out HERE. Since then I have been on the fence about the flick. That said, I know I will be checking it out once it hits as Ana Lily Amirpour is one of the top directors I currently watch out for.

Today we have a new poster for the flick, which you can check out the poster below as well as the film's synopsis and the above-mentioned trailer.

Enjoy!

THE BAD BATCH synopsis:

The highly anticipated follow-up to Amirpour’s acclaimed directorial debut, A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night, THE BAD BATCH follows Arlen (Waterhouse) as she is unceremoniously dumped in a Texas wasteland fenced off from civilized society. While trying to orient her unforgiving environment, she is captured by a savage band of cannibals and quickly realizes she'll have to fight her way through her new reality. As Arlen adjusts to life in 'the bad batch' she discovers that being good or bad mostly depends on who you're standing next to.

THE BAD BATCH is written and directed by Ana Lily Amirpour and stars Suki Waterhouse (see below), Jason Momoa, Giovanni Ribisi, and Keanu Reeves. The flick was produced by Annapurna Pictures and VICE Media.

THE BAD BATCH hits theaters June 23rd.
