Chucky kills Annabelle in new Child’s Play poster

Lars Klevberg's remake of CHILDS' PLAY hit theaters this past weekend and writer-director Gary Dauberman's ANNABELLE COMES HOME creeps and crawls into a theater near you starting tomorrow. And today we have a killer new poster for CHILD'S PLAY which fittingly showcases the new kill doll knocking off Annabelle for good. Check it out below and then let us know what you think!

The CHILD'S PLAY remake has been slapped with an R-rating for "bloody horror violence, and language throughout" and follows:

A mother (Plaza) gives her son (Bateman) a toy doll for his birthday, unaware of its more sinister nature.

The remake is directed by Lars Klevberg (POLAROID) from a screenplay written by KUNG FURY 2 writer Tyler Burton Smith with STEPHEN KING'S IT producers David Katzenberg and Seth Grahame-Smith producing. Aaron Schmidt and Chris Ferguson executive produced. Aubrey Plaza stars as Andy's Mom, along with Brian Tyree Henry as Mike, Gabriel Bateman (LIGHTS OUT) as Andy, and Mark Hamill as the voice of Chucky. Beatrice Kitsos, Ty Consiglio, and Carlease Burke co-star. CHILD'S PLAY slashed its tiny terrifying ass into your local multiplex this past weekend.

Meanwhile, here's the official synopsis for ANNABELLE COMES HOME:

Determined to keep Annabelle from wreaking more havoc, demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren bring the possessed doll to the locked artifacts room in their home, placing her “safely” behind sacred glass and enlisting a priest’s holy blessing. But an unholy night of horror awaits as Annabelle awakens the evil spirits in the room, who all set their sights on a new target—the Warrens’ ten-year-old daughter, Judy, and her friends.

Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga have signed on to appear in the new film reprising their THE CONJURING and THE CONJURING 2 roles of paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren along with Mckenna Grace as their daughter Judy, Madison Iseman is her babysitter cousin and Katie Sarife (Supernatural, Girl Meets World, Youth & Consequences) as her best friend who gets wrapped up in the evil shenanigans as well.
