It has been a long time coming, but thanks to USA Today, we now have the first look at Salma Hayek in CIRQUE DU FREAK, co-starring John C. Reilly.
Not too long ago we received word that the film was slapped with a PG-13 rating (see that shite HERE), and today we have the lovely Hayek, looking hot, and looking lighter in the facial hair department. That’s right, facial hair. See, the character she plays actually has a beard, but luckily that beard is nowhere to be found here… that would seriously blow my mind!
So what’s DU FREAK all about? According to Hayek, It’s one of those vampire movies. It’s very funny. It’s me with the beard. I don’t think I really need to know more about it than that. Seriously. I could say it’s about a vampire who drafts a 14-year old to serve as his assistant. The youth is turned into a half-vampire and becomes the catalyst in a battle between vampires and the rival Vampanes, but I think Hayek’s brief synopsis works much better.
