When writer/director Rob Zombie was in the midst of production on his upcoming HOUSE OF 1000 CORPSES / THE DEVIL'S REJECTS sequel THREE FROM HELL earlier this year, he shared a look at a piece of artwork featuring a clown called Mr. Baggy Britches, a clown that looked a whole lot like Clint Howard. The next day, Zombie confirmed that Howard was indeed part of the THREE FROM HELL cast.

Eight months later, Zombie has taken to social media to share a picture of Mr. Baggy Britches in the flesh, showing off CORPSES / REJECTS character Captain Spaulding's fellow clown and asking, "What is he doing in THREE FROM HELL?"

My answer is, I have no idea what he's doing in THREE FROM HELL, but I'm always glad to see Clint Howard show up in anything.

Sid Haig returns to the role of Captain Spaulding in the film, joined in the cast by returning co-stars Sheri Moon Zombie as Baby, Bill Moseley as Otis, Danny Trejo as Rondo, and Daniel Roebuck as Morris Green. In addition to Howard, actors who are new to this franchise include Richard Brake, Jeff Daniel Phillips, Emilio Rivera, David Ury, Dee Wallace, Pancho Moler, Austin Stoker, Tom Papa, Dot-Marie Jones, Richard Edson, Richard Riehle, Kevin Jackson, Billy Blair, Steven Michael Quezada, Bill Oberst Jr., Sylvia Jefferies, and Sean Whalen.

There's still no word on exactly when THREE FROM HELL is going to be released, but it's expected to arrive sometime in 2019.
