SXSW has brought STARRY EYES to the forefront of our minds. Earlier in the week we showed you the teaser for the film, which is about to debut at Austin-based festival, and just a few hours ago we passed along some fresh images. Now the poster for the horror flick has debuted over at Indiewire, and you can see it below.

The great artist Jay Shaw illustrated this one, which displays the troubled actress at the center of the film, the cult that engages her and the Hollywood sign looming ominously in the background.

STARRY EYES tells the story of Sarah Walker, a determined and desperate actor who would do anything to land her first big role. Unfortunately this leaves her prey to a satanic cult who has been operating as Hollywood’s gatekeepers since the Golden Age. They have the power to make her a star, but it comes at a terrible price.

Directed by Dennis Widmyer and Kevin Kölsch, STARRY EYES stars Alexandra Essoe, Amanda Fuller, Fabianne Therese, Noah Segan, Shane Coffey, Natalie Castillo and Pat Healy.
