Comic Con posters unveiled for Jurassic World and the new Toy Story short

Last Updated on February 6, 2026

One of the best things to come out of Comic Con is movie news which comes in the form of clips, reveals, screenings, and merchandise. One special that always hits big is the posters which are often limited edition prints only available to attendees of the convention. Leading up to the Con this weekend, some posters have already been revealed to whet the appetites of those going and making the rest of us cranky that we are not.

First up is a new alternate poster for JURASSIC WORLD courtesy of Mark Englert that was shared by director Colin Trevorrow on Twitter. The poster showcases a raptor atop an overturned park vehicle with construction going on in the background. Foreboding and cool, this does not give away anything new about the movie but still ramps up excitement for the movie.

We also have a very cool poster from HELLBOY artist Mike Mignola for the upcoming ABC holiday special, TOY STORY THAT TIME FORGOT. Featuring returning cast voices Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Kristen Schaal, Wallace Shawn, Timothy Dalton, Joan Cusack, and Don Rickles, it also will feature Kevin McKidd as the voice of Reptillus Maximus.

In the special, during a post-Christmas play date, the gang find themselves in uncharted territory when the coolest set of action figures ever turn out to be dangerously delusional. It’s all up to Trixie, the triceratops, if the gang hopes to return to Bonnie’s room.

I always get excited for these TOY STORY shorts as they have proven you don’t need a feature length run time to make a great animated adventure. Here’s hoping we keep getting these every year for however long Pixar wants to make them.

JURASSIC WORLD hits theaters June 12, 2015 and TOY STORY THAT TIME FORGOT airs on ABC later this year.
