Cool Connecticut poster

The “based on a true story” haunted house movie THE HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT is aiming to hit theaters next month after what seems like forever, and today the marketing team behind the film have released a new poster for the film… a poster that f*cking rocks!

Maybe it’s the throw-back to old school movie posters of the 70s and 80s, with the white border framing the meat of the poster, or the ridiculously striking image they used as the selling point… either way, this poster is flippin’ cool as hell, and it’s making me think that the flick may not be as bad as I’m anticipating.

Why would I think it’s gonna be bad? When a movie is delayed as much as CONNECTICUT has been, there’s usually a reason… like the movie sucks donkey balls. But, considering how rockin’ this poster is, maybe it won’t suck as hard as I’m thinking it might. I have hope!

Starring Virginia Madsen, Amanda Crew, and Elias Koteas, CONNECTICUT goes like this: After a family is forced to relocate for their son’s health, they begin experiencing supernatural behavior in their new home, which turns out to be a former mortuary.

Note to self: never buy a home that used to be a mortuary, or was built on an old indian burial ground or even a graveyard, for that matter. Eff that! Enjoy the new kick-ass poster above, and get ready for THE HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT in theaters everywhere March 27th.
