I’ve always had a soft spot for Pumpkinhead as a character. Such a cool monster, but the poor guy never really had a chance to shine after his first memorable foray onto the big screen. He didn’t have much to do other than stomp around and throw people like frisbees, but simply from a visual standpoint he made even the sad sack sequels fairly watchable. Dare I say, we could use another PUMPKINHEAD film in our lives; not a remake, necessarily, but a sequel that brings the character back into the horror conversation and treats him as more than just a throwaway villain.
