We all know the many actors are famously assholes, rude to the common man, skipping tips to servers and such despite income in the millions.
But there are those actors who also happen to be geniunely great people as well, and understand their classic roles make people happy. While you probably can’t make Tom Cruise say “Show me the money!” if you ran into him on the street, Johnny Depp will show up IN COSTUME to your school as Captain Jack Sparrow.
This went down because a young lady named Beatrice wrote Depp a letter hoping he would come by and help her class “stage a mutiny” against their teachers. Well Depp was in town shooting PIRATES 4, and decided to stop by the school and answer her request in person. No teachers ended up walking the plank, but it was a really damn cool thing for him to do. Check out the video below:
