What happens when Johnny Depp, Helen Bonham Carter, and Tim Burton get together? No, not WILLY WONKA MEETS THE PLANET OF THE APES, but CORPSE BRIDE, Burton’s latest stop-motion animation masterpiece.

In the same dark, fun and twisted style of THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS, BRIDE’s about a troubled man who’s afraid of getting married, and as a joke puts a ring on the finger of a hand sticking out of the ground… says his vows… only to have the hand belong to corpse, who comes back zombie style insisting that the two are lawfully married!

Comic script, yet dark and disturbing all at the same time. And with the new KICK ASS TRAILER hitting the net today, fans of NIGHTMARE will be jumping for joy! It’s slick, it’s stylish, it’s Johnny Depp and Tim Burton doing what they do best together- making damn good movies. Quite the animated improvement from NIGHTMARE, as it just looks… f*ckin’ cool! BRIDE hits theaters September 23rd.
