Over at the RPM Films homepage, they’ve announced the DVD for a cool-looking flick called DEAD IN THE WATER. Written by David Moore and directed by Marc Buhmann, the flick centres on two sisters and their boyfriends who drive to a small cabin to spend the weekend with the girl’s parents. However, when they arrive, they find the parents missing and the cabin in disarray. Things worsen as the two couples become stranded at the remote lake, cars not starting, cell phones useless. As the autumn sun fades away something creeps from its lake dwelling in search of blood. And while the mystery of what happened to the parents unravels so too does the bond of friendship as pasts crash in on the present.
The DVD in question, available at Customflix.com for $17.99, contains the following features: a photo montage, behind-the-scenes featurette, outtakes, alternate/deleted scenes and trailers.
