Chances are if you’re a fan of the genre then you can appreciate the work of Guillermo del Toro. I don’t think the man has come out with anything that could be considered ‘bad’ and luckily for us his upcoming slate has him booked for the next 10 years!
The projects del Toro has coming up range from directing, writing, and producing and span over a whole host of films. So what’s the big guy doing first? THE HOBBIT of course! A flick us genre fans could care less about… well at least that this genre fan could care less about. But alas… the good news comes after THE HOBBIT. I’m not going to get into del Toro’s upcoming slate but I will point you all towards an interview he had with Wired where he talks about what we can expect in del Toro’s post-HOBBIT future.
