Writer/director Mike Pereira dropped us a line today (actually an e-mail, I’m cheap with phone bills) with news that he’s released the trailer for his new film (and first effort, no less), DILLENGER’S DIABLOS, which sounds like a snuff-film-within-a-movie movie. Also in the e-mail, Pereira mentioned that this will be the first chapter in what he’s called “A Dillenger Productions Trilogy”. Originally, Pereira intended to have two films, but thought of “a cool idea that would make a killer finale.” Go figure.
Right now, Pereira is currently penning the screenplay for the sequel, DILLENGER’S DEADWALKERS, however it’s still unknown when DILLENGER’S DIABLOS will hit the big screen.
