The last update we got on Declan O’Brien’s slasher sequel WRONG TURN 4 came back in February in the form of new casting for the film. Well it’s been a couple months and in the meantime O’Brien and company have been tackling this shite head-on. Now not only is the flick almost finished but we’ve actually got a release date for you guys!
You see the fine gentlemen over at Dread Central had a chance to chat with O’Brien a bit and the director divulged with them the release date for WRONG TURN 4! You ready for this? 20th Century Fox are planning on dropping this little diddy sometime this October. Nice! Just in time for Halloween. Here’s hoping WRONG TURN 4 doesn’t suck… Check out what else O’Brian had to say:
“Things are going really well in the editing room. The movie is playing nicely, and I’m really pleased with all the practical FX. I did the CGI spot with the FX super, and he was shocked that there was so much practical and so little need for CG. That makes me really happy. I can’t wait for people to see this movie.”
Well that’s usually a good sign! But let’s try and not get our hopes up.. Shouldn’t be too hard if you saw WRONG TURN 3. BURN! Just kidding… But not really.
