A Disney horror movie, you say? Well, count me in! Right after I stick this drill in my head…
Buena Vista, along with Spyglass Entertainment (the same folks who brought THE LEGEND OF ZORRO and THE PACIFIER) announced today that their horror flick STAY ALIVE, starring Frankie Muniz (RACING STRIPES) and directed by Brent Bell, will be released March 26th of next year. The film is about a group of New Orleans teens who play an online horror videogame, and as their characters die in the game, the players die also. Sort of like THE MATRIX meets TRON, only no kickass kung-fu moves or a transexual sibling director that divorced their wife to live with a dominatrix.
Considering the film stars Muniz, I’d rather have the dominatrix. It’d probably be less painful…
