How do you guys feel about chicks with tails? I’m serious… Zoe Saldana rocked one in AVATAR while still looking hot, right? … Too much? Thought so.
Anyway today I’m here to tell you all about a flick called THALE. Know what this one’s about? You guessed it – A chick with a tail! The rundown for this dark Norwegian fantasy reads a little something like this:
‘Thale’ is a feature film based on a mythical character in Norwegian folklore called ‘HULDRA’. According to the myth a hulder is a beautiful lady living deep in the woods, and it is said that she seduces men that work or hunt in the woods. She hums a beautiful song and lures them to her deep in the woods, and they never return to their village. You can recognize a hulder by her cow tail.
The ‘low key thriller’ comes from the twisted mind of Aleksander Nordaas and stars Silje Reinåmo (below), Erlend Nervold, Jon Sigve Skard and Morten Andresen. The folks over at Twitch were kind enough to share an English subtitled trailer for this little diddy so I’ve gone and tossed that shite up below for your viewing pleasure. THALE is set to hit it’s native Norway on February 17th. Hopefully a US release isn’t to far behind!
