Summit Entertainment will release SOURCE CODE on DVD and Blu-ray on July 26. The cover art can be seen below. The action thriller stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Michelle Monaghan and Vera Farmiga (below). Duncan Jones (MOON) directs from a script written by Ben Ripley (SPECIES III).
Both the DVD and the Blu-ray will feature an audio commentary by Gyllenhaal, Jones, and Ripley. The Blu-ray will also house Access: Source Code, with scene specific features including interviews, trivia and more, while the DVD will include cast interviews, science focal points and a trivia track.
When soldier Captain Colter Stevens (Jake Gyllenhaal) wakes up in the body of an unknown man, he discovers he’s part of an experimental government program called the “Source Code” that enables him to cross over into another man’s identity in the last eight minutes of his life. Armed with the task of identifying the bomber of a Chicago commuter train, Colter must re-live the incident over and over again, gathering clues until he can solve the mystery and prevent an even deadlier second terrorist attack.
