I’m not sure if this is suppose to be a horror movie, an adventure movie, or some sort of mixed hybrid–all I know is that there’s this werewolf type thing and queen bitch from the 90s Shannon Doherty. I bet she didn’t think her career would be here when she was doing 90210! Also, just as an FYI, there’s some sort of Aztec style structure in the Grand Canyon. In case you were wondering. It’s totally real.

SEA BEAST – June 30th
I can’t tell… are they trying to knock off PIRANHA or JAWS or both with this cover? Seriously, where’s the ounce of originality here? Take the famous image from JAWS, take the JAWS spoof PIRANHA, and mix them both together for SEA BEAST. I’d be appalled except then I realized this is one of the Maneater Series… then it all made sense. Prepare to be entertained…

BORN – June 16th
Most days a movie like this would do nothing for me. Demonic possession or exorcisms, or satanic rituals, or what-have-you… blah blah blah, right? Right. Then I noticed this sucker stars Kane Hodder (of Jason Voorhees fame), and I instantly became interested. Sure, he may not be the poster child of Jason anymore, but he did do a rockin’ job back in the 80s/90s, so I gotta give him props–and it’s nice to see he’s at least trying to do something different.

THE UNBORN (Blu-Ray) –TBA – Because just look at that ass.
PREDATOR 2 (Blu-Ray) –June 9th – Because Gary Busey never looked so badass than on Blu-Ray.
DRIVEN TO KILL (Blu-Ray) – May 19th – Because this is another entry in the “Steven Seagal is…” series, i.e., Steven Seagal is DRIVEN TO KILL. Just like he was HARD TO KILL, ABOVE THE LAW, MARKED FOR DEATH, and OUT FOR JUSTICE, among others. Hell yeah.
