Enter Fear House

There’s a new horror offering coming out on DVD this April 1st called FEAR HOUSE, and the flick’s
writer/director, Michael R. Morris, was kind enough to
give us the exclusive heads-up on what would be in
store. And after checking out the blood-stained
trailer (which is posted below), I will definitely be
adding this baby to my Netflix. Take a stab at the
plotline:

Friends of a missing bestselling
author discover her living like a frightened animal in
an old house in the desert as she struggles to finish
her next book. But when they attempt to get her out of
the house, they learn that anyone who tries to leave
is killed by their innermost fear. As the bodies begin
piling up, the survivors must outwit the
hundred-year-old curse… or no one gets out
alive.

That uniquely spooky synopsis, coupled with the sweet
trailer, has really heightened my interest. Plus,
writer/director Morris is from Jersey and everyone
knows that a lot of cool people live in the Garden
State!

FEAR HOUSE’s cast is comprised of Aleece Jones,
Matthew Stiller, Olivia Price (below), Matthew
Montgomery, Meredith Barnett, and Kiersten Hall. The
DVD itself is nicely loaded with: Director Commentary
with actors Jones and Stiller, Outtakes, Trailer,
Actor Rehearsal, and Scene Selection. You can also
check out the flick’s official site here.
