It is incredible to watch Ansel Elgort’s career just explode over the past year. Aside from being a part of The Divergent Series, he made a huge splash with THE FAULT IN OUR STARS as well he starred in the Jason Reitman comedy MEN, WOMEN & CHILDREN. And he is of course back as ‘Caleb’ in INSURGENT. This talented fellow will surely continue to grow and find success, and of course we will see more of him in ALLEGIANT PART 1 and 2.
The second I met Ansel I really liked the guy. He is very calm and kind and seems to take success in stride. When I sat down with him for INSURGENT, we discussed the franshice success and how it has changed him as an actor and the choices he makes. He also talked about the connection he continues to have with fans on social media, and yes, he does read what they have to say. I look forward to watching this guy’s career move forward.
