Last month we brought you the first trailer for Joel Soisson's CAM2CAM, a new thriller coming at us on VOD and select theaters on August 22 from IFC Midnight, and today we have an EXCLUSIVE clip from the film to share with you.
Soisson knows this genre very well, having penned the screenplays for DRACULA 2000 and its sequels as well as writing several sequels in THE PROPHECY franchise and HELLRAISER: HELLWORLD. He is also the director of PULSE 2: AFTERLIFE, PULSE 3, and CHILDREN OF THE CORN: GENESIS. A young American backpacker, Allie (Tammin Sursok), falls in with a mysterious group of ex-pats living in Bangkok who perform on a provocative interactive website called “Cam2Cam.” The seductive allure of Bangkok along with the strange sexual magnetism of the group’s leader, Marit, turn Allie’s world inside out. In a city where foreigners come to re-invent themselves, Allie learns, too late, that nothing is what it seems.
