In short, stay the hell away from the guy on the poster for the upcoming horror-thriller PATIENT ZERO. We have for you an exclusive look at the poster for the movie starring Matt Smith (DOCTOR WHO, THE CROWN), Natalie Dormer (GAME OF THRONES) and Stanley Tucci (SPOTLIGHT, HUNGER GAMES), and it teases the appropriate level of chaos you can expect from a violent horror flick about people going mad and biting everyone.

Here is the plot synopsis:
In the pandemic thriller, PATIENT ZERO, humanity is battling intelligent, adrenaline-fueled creatures born from a viral super-strain. After being bitten, human survivor Morgan (Matt Smith) realizes he is asymptomatic and can communicate with the infected, leading the last survivors on a hunt for Patient Zero and a cure.
The film is directed by Stefan Ruzowitzky (the Oscar-winning THE COUNTERFEITERS) with a script from Mike Le (DARK SUMMER).
PATIENT ZERO hits VOD August 14 and then goes to select theaters September 14.
