Years after sparing the man who killed his son, former police sergeant Leo Barnes (Frank Grillo) has become head of security for Senator Charlie Roan, a Presidential candidate targeted for death on Purge night due to her vow to eliminate the Purge. With THE PURGE: ELECTION YEAR hitting Digital HD tomorrow, and Blu-ray/DVD on October 4th, we have an exclusive behind-the-scenes clip to get you re-acclimated with Frank Grillo's bad-ass protector, Leo Barnes!

While I appreciated the home invasion flick that was the original PURGE, I wasn't expecting much out of its sequel and found myself pleasantly surprised. Furthermore, I really dug Frank Grillo's character and the arc his character went through during ANARCHY. I'm glad that director James DeMonaco and Co. brought Grillo back for ELECTION YEAR, and if a fourth film is in store for us, I hope they follow suit!

THE PURGE: ELECTION YEAR hits Digital HD the 20th and will be released on Blu-ray/DVD on October 4th!
