While I was in LA doing my Arrow PR rounds, I was told by a trusted source that CRANK boys who deserve to go beyond CRANK Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor have been in negotiations for a bit (with Universal) to direct and potentially write the next GHOST RIDER flick Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance (working title) from a story by David Goyer. Nothing is locked as of yet but we’re hoping for the best being that if there are two dudes who can put the big GR where he god damn belongs, its these crazy cats. I didn’t hear shit about Nicolas Cage in it or not but if I go by the Heat Vision site who broke the same story as we did today (sigh, can’t win them all Arrow), Nick Cage may be in the mix as he is in negotiations. More GR lovin when we get it! Arrow out!
