Exclusive The 16th Episode clip finds Helen on the ceiling

Gravitas Ventures, a Red Arrow Studios company, has acquired North American rights to THE 16TH EPISODE (previously known as LITTLE HORROR MOVIE) and will be unleashing it into theaters, On Demand and Digital in June. And today we have an Exclusive Clip to share with you guys aptly titled "Helen on Ceiling."

The film follows:

Three YouTubers, each with their own inner demons, visit the mythical town of Casablanca. With their viewership down, they get invited to attend a satanic ritual and soon realize that maybe all their audience wants is to see them die.

THE 16TH EPISODE is a special gem you won’t want to miss. Its locations and performances are something really unique in the independent horror space. Jerome Cohen-Olivar flexes his creative muscles on this piece by using real mythology as a world-building tool and lures you in with a rich, exotic visual style.  We are so excited to bring Jerome’s new take on found footage films to the big screen and various platforms, which will have audiences at the edge of their seats.

The movie looks interesting enough for me. Especially considering I love the found footage ascetic of this clip and the still presented below with the two peeps strapped into what looks to be one of Jigsaw's old traps. And why is that dude in the Christmas sweater looking so f*cked up? Guess we'll see in see in a couple of days…

Written and directed by Jérôme Cohen-Olivar (The Midnight Orchestra, Kandisha), the film stars Cody Heuer (The Shoe), Rebecca Ramon (The Violet Blaze Chronicles) and Einar Kuusk (Chasing Ponies).  The film is produced by Cohen-Olivar and Yasmina Hadimi (The Yellow Birds, “Tyrant”) and was executive produced by Mohammed Rizky and Hinda Sikkal. THE 16TH EPISODE will be in theaters, On Demand and Digital on June 28, 2019.
